The results continue to be shared with education stakeholders and more resources are becoming available, giving the recently released School Finance Research Collaborative Study “legs” as we move further into 2018.

Representatives from the top two school finance research firms in the country who conducted the study presented to the State Board of Education during its February meeting yesterday at Wayne RESA.

Additionally, to make them more easily accessible, MASB has consolidated the information and resources currently available on its website.

This includes links to the full study, the recommendations, core messages to share with your community, a fact sheet and videos.

As noted in the Jan. 31 issue of DashBoard, MASB will be working with other groups, both from the education realm and the business community, to build an advocacy coalition around the report results. Once more information is available, it will be shared with the membership. Please let us know if you have any questions or suggestions in the interim.
