Ad Specifications

High-quality PDF files with fonts embedded are strongly recommended. Abode Illustrator EPS, Adobe Photoshop EPS or TIFF files are also accepted.

All photos must have a resolution of 300 dpi at 100% of the print size. All color images must be in process color (CMYK). Any ads with noncompliant colors, including RGBs, Pantones or spot colors will be converted to CMYK and color accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

    Sizes

    • Full Page (no bleed): 7.375˝ x 9.875˝
    • Full Page (with bleed): 8.75" x 11.25"
    • Half-Page Horizontal: 8.5˝ x 5.5˝
    • Half-Page Horizontal (with bleed): 8.75˝ x 5.75˝
    • Half-Page Vertical: 4.25˝ x 11˝
    • Half-Page Vertical (with bleed): 4.5˝ x 11.25˝

    Full-Page Bleed Requirements

    Keep non-bleed images and live copy .5˝ from the page edge or they may be cut off. Material intended to bleed must extend a minimum of .125˝ beyond the page edge on all sides that bleed. Anything less than .125˝ cannot be guaranteed to have a consistent bleed. Crop marks should be offset .25˝ or greater from the page edge.

    Ad Submission

    Digital files must be submitted via email or through an online file-sharing service (Dropbox, Box, etc.). Ads that do not meet the requirements outlined will be subject to rejection. Please clearly label submissions with file name, advertiser and agency (if applicable).

    Deadlines

    January issue: Nov. 10 (year prior)
    May issue: March 10
    September issue: July 10
