The Call for Proposals is now open for the 2025 Michigan Association of School Boards Annual Leadership Conference; submissions are due by Friday, April 11!
This year’s event will take place Oct. 23 – 26 at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa in Acme, Michigan. MASB needs your expertise to create exceptional learning experiences throughout the conference. To this end, we are seeking Clinic Session presentation proposals from school districts, school board members, thought leaders and organizations.
Clinic Sessions will be presented Friday, Oct. 24 and Saturday, Oct. 25. All sessions will be 60 – 75 minutes.
An annual statewide conference such as this provides you with access to training opportunities that will benefit you as an individual board member and your district as well. Research shows boards that have high expectations, operate as a united team with the superintendent, understand data, prioritize team development and knowledge building are boards that, as a result, govern a district with high student achievement.
